One of the most common mistakes I see people making when trying to stop their dog from pulling, is to use a chest harness. And yet, if we want a dog to pull a sled (or a horse to pull a plow) as strongly and effectively as possible, we use a chest harness! A chest harness will simply allow your dog to use his strength most effectively against you.
Much of the other advice commonly given also will simply not work. Perhaps you have tried some of it.
